My Previously Declared Goals: An Update
I wrote about my New Year's Goals back in this post. Want a quick update? Yay! I knew you would say yes.
DRINK: I want/need to drink more water. I have a general idea of my daily intake goal and Pinterest is exploding with clever tricks to help me do so.
Update: I was drinking the heck out of some water there for a while. We are talking a solid week of drinking over my set goal. I've slacked off, big time, but with IVF medications starting this week I can't mess around with not drinking enough water.
SLEEP: I'm a night owl and scowl at the sunrise. Always have been and probably always will be. However, I've been in this nightly routine for a few weeks now and I can tell a huge difference in my day so I want to keep this one going.
- Update: We will call this a not so good example of how to keep a goal. I was doing great at first but then the ole' insomnia/anxiety creeped back in and that's all it took to fall off my sleep streak. As I mentioned previously, IVF is starting this week and that means 3-4 times a week at the clinic for 7:30am so back to my routine I go!

- Update: I am kicking this one's ass. By following the 12 Month Reading Challenge I have read Of Mice and Men and Harry Potter. I've completed " a book you can finish in a day" and "a book you've been meaning to read". Take that, books.
WRITE: I'm talking about you, blog. Perhaps a blog editor will help me?
- I'm writing now, aren't I? This somewhat counts.
COMMIT: Stick to monthly spending with the help of our good friend, Dave Ramsey.
- We rocked our budget in January and February! I didn't realize how fun it can be to not spend any money! Maybe it's a control issue that's working for me.
